Flood water comes in from exterior

When storm water enters a structure the effects can be far reaching. You need to identify how much of your structure is affected and address it quickly. Storm water has all types of contaminants that will start to degrade quickly and create a health hazard and possibly contribute to mold growth. 

We were able to identify in this situation that the bathroom floor was affected and needed to be removed. We proceeded to communicate to the customer what needed to be done, when it would be done and how long it would take. We were able to quickly address their situation and get them back up and running as quickly as possible.
