Empty office gets flooded

When this empty office flooded without the property managers knowledge, there was quite a mess with mold starting to grow. The walls and flooring material had to be removed and the structure dried out. We started by identifying which materials were wet, how many rooms, and how far the water migrated. 

The property manager was most concerned with the safety of the tenants and wanted to make sure everything was done per the standards. We communicated what were were doing on a daily basis, documented the entire project and clearly outlined expectations to the customer. They were happy to know they had professionals dealing with their property.
